Liquid Immunity
Boil your water and pour over tea bags in a large mug. Let steep for 2-4 minutes. Squeeze and pull out. Add at least 1 Tbs of honey but maybe more as you go. Pour in juice of lemon and cranberry juice. Stir. Top with packet of EmergenC. Sip until finished. Add more honey if you need. Be healthy!
