We strive to ship all orders placed before 12 p.m. on the same business day, though please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be fully processed for shipment. Kindly note that we ship orders from Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or expedited orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be shipped within the following 1-2 business days.

Please note that occasionally, items listed on our online store may become unavailable due to high demand or inventory discrepancies. In such cases, your order may be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued promptly. 



We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $150 and over.

    We offer international shipping with rates calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that we are unable to ship to certain locations. If you are unable to complete your checkout, please email us at to see if we can assist with your order. 

    The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.



    An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date.

    Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate shipping address. Splash on Main does not replace or refund stolen packages that have a delivery confirmation.

    When placing your order, please note that we cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information if issues arise.



    Please feel free to reach out to if you wish to request a cancellation for your order. However, due to our commitment to swift order processing, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be received before the order is processed for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply. Thank you for your understanding.





    We accept returns on full priced and non-clearance products purchased from with tags and/or swimwear liners attached. Conditions apply. Clearance items disclosed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. You have 14 days from the day your items were delivered to return your order. As soon as we receive the return, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

    We are unable to accept returns for international orders at this time.

    We are unable to accept online returns in our store at this time.



    Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place.

    We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims. Please note that with Bikinis, should either a returned Top/Bottom be rejected for reasons mentioned above, the entire bikini will be returned to the customer without any refund given.

    We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

    Individual return policies may apply on certain products, these will be outlined on product pages.

    Splash on Main holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.



    Defective or missing items must be reported to within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your items can be exchanged and properly processed. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

    • Check your email for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter your six-digit verification code.
      • Select the order you want to return.
      • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
      • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
      • Click "Submit request".


            If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will provide a return label upon request. If requested, the cost ($5.95) will be deducted from the refund. After the product is returned and inspected, your refund will be issued. 




            Splash on Main stores offer returns, exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase date for all full-priced items except swimsuits. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt with tags still attached.
