SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate shipping address. Splash on Main does not replace or refund stolen packages that have a delivery confirmation.

Occasional customs or courier delays are possible, which may affect your delivery timeframe. We are not responsible for these delays. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information if issues arise. 

Standard Domestic Shipping  $5.95                          3-5 Business Days

Domestic orders $150 or over will be provided free standard shipping. 

Priority shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $15 or $25 for Express (overnight) shipping. Express shipping orders must be placed by 12 p.m. EST for same day shipping.

Standard International Shipping  $25                    10-21 Business Days

Express shipping is not available for International orders at this time.

TRACKING INFORMATION

An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. 

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please email office@splashonmain.com.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are handled on a case by case basis and you must e-mail your order number to office@splashonmain.com and state explicitly which items you'd like to return to begin your return process.

We accept returns on all products purchased from splashonmain.com with tags and/or swimwear liners attached - minus processing and shipping fees. You have 14 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for a refund. 

Please note: all products that are marked FINAL SALE in their description are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Once we get your items back, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn. 

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ONLINE RETURNS IN OUR STORE AT THIS TIME.

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME.

CONDITIONS

Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place.

We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims. Please note that with Bikinis, should either a returned Top/Bottom be rejected for reasons mentioned above, the entire bikini will be returned to the customer without any refund given.

We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Individual return policies may apply on certain products, these will be outlined on product pages.

Splash on Main holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. 

DEFECTIVE/MISSING ITEMS

Defective or missing items must be reported to office@splashonmain.com within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your items can be exchanged and properly processed. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately.

Due to the fact that we also operate a brick and mortar store, occasionally items may appear available to purchase online, but may be sold in store. We do our best to update our stock counts in real-time, both online and in store, however, an issue could potentially occur. We will do our best to get the requested item, but Splash on Main is not responsible for items no longer available. 

GIFT RETURNS

Please email office@splashonmain.com to return a gift. All gifts including sale items are eligible for store credit only.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 7-10 business days.

STORE RETURN POLICY

Splash on Main stores offer returns, exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase date for all full-priced items except swimsuits. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt with tags still attached.

What items are not returnable if purchased in-store?

  • Sale items

By shopping at Splash on Main the customer agrees to all of the policies listed above. It may be amended at anytime by Splash on Main, without notice to the customer.
